Dense two-column grid with headings in the margin. Fits a decade on a page.

Single column, hairline rules. Reads perfectly in any parser.
Slate is a minimal, single-column resume template set in a geometric sans serif with almost no color. A firm dark rule closes the header, each section heading sits on a hairline, and skills are framed as outlined tags. The page looks finished without competing with your content.

It suits nearly any field where a quiet, polished page is the safe bet: product and UX, consulting, operations, sales or finance. Unlike most minimal layouts, Slate keeps a place for a photo, useful in Germany, Turkey and other countries where one is customary; for US and UK applications, switch it off.
Your name is set large and bold with tight letter spacing, above a gray headline and plain-text contact details; an optional round photo sits top right. Headings are small, widely spaced capitals, dates align right in gray, and languages run row by row with the level on the right.
One column, standard headings and icon-free contact details give applicant tracking systems (ATS) a clean read. Parsers skip the photo, though many US employers prefer resumes without one. The tag outlines are only borders: each skill is read as a plain word.
