Dates in a left gutter, small caps and serif for academic CVs.

The classic university format: centered name, ruled headings, no color.
Ivy is an academic resume template in the classic format many university career offices recommend: your name centered in bold capitals, contact details split by vertical bars, and bold uppercase headings over full-width black rules. It is serif throughout, black and white, with no photo.

It is the natural pick for students and recent graduates applying to internships, graduate programs, research posts and first jobs, and for campus recruiting in finance, consulting and law, where reviewers expect this look. Experienced applicants in traditional fields also value its instant familiarity.
Your name, set in capitals, heads a centered block with a regular serif headline and a contact line divided by vertical bars. Each entry then opens with a bold role or degree and an italic line for the school or employer; dates stand at the right edge in the same dark ink as the text, not gray.
With no photo, color or icons, Ivy keeps applicant tracking systems (ATS) on familiar ground. The vertical bars between contact details act as separators, so email, phone and links stay distinct when the text is extracted. Type your name and headings normally; the template sets the capitals.
